Media Mogul Meow

Are we recording? OK. Matthew, would you like a cigar?

Matthew Mancinelli

Yeah, that would be great, thank you. Do you have a cutter?

Media Mogul Meow

*Cuts his cigar* Here you go.

Matthew Mancinelli

How was the drive over here?

Media Mogul Meow

Bumpah-to-bumpah traffic on the 405.

Matthew Mancinelli

Well, thank you for hosting it here.

Media Mogul Meow

Alright, first off. Welcome to the club.

Matthew Mancinelli

It's an honor and a privilege.

Media Mogul Meow

There's like under 10 of us.

Matthew Mancinelli

Is that so?

Media Mogul Meow

Yea, you got Chapek (61), Sarandos (57), Zaslav (62), Vinciquerra (67),

Feltheimer (70), Bakish (58), Langley (54), Hopkins (52) and me (65). And now Mancinelli (38).

Matthew Mancinelli

Wow, I'm in great company.

Media Mogul Meow

Oh, and perhaps Van Amburg and Erlicht over at Apple TV+

Matthew Mancinelli

One of them hung up on me once. Forget which guy.

Media Mogul Meow

Ouch.

Matthew Mancinelli

Yea.

Media Mogul Meow

How's the cigar?

Matthew Mancinelli

It's hitting the spot.

Media Mogul Meow

What is the state of entertainment & Hollywood as a business?

Matthew Mancinelli

It's frothy. Things are percolating.

Media Mogul Meow

Can you be more specific?

Matthew Mancinelli

Well, I think people are starting to wake up. The dust is settling from the pandemic, families are still struggling, and enough is enough. Families want to go to the movie theater and treat it as an event. An outing. Couples want to work from home and stream movies at their leisure, because it's cheaper and more convenient. So to answer your question, Hollywood took a beating, PVOD saved us.

Media Mogul Meow

PVOD stands for Premium Video on Demand.

Matthew Mancinelli

Yea, like Disney + with Premier Access charging you $30 on top of your normal monthly subscription fee.

Media Mogul Meow

Don't you guys have your own PVOD?

Matthew Mancinelli

Yea, it's called Chief of Staff Access. What makes it unique is that it's an NFT card on the blockchain and only 10,000 worldwide exist. And one of the cool brand-building things is that the only way to watch Rated R movies on 4KUniverse is with Chief of Staff Access. Over 10, 20 years we'll build it out like Amazon Prime.

Media Mogul Meow

But 4KUniverse is family entertainment, right?

Matthew Mancinelli

That's correct. Picture like if Disney had a sub brand for Disney rated R movies. Wouldn't that be fun?

Media Mogul Meow

Like the Little Mermaid doing some funky stuff?

Matthew Mancinelli

You said it not me

Media Mogul Meow

Won't there be brand confusion?

Matthew Mancinelli

No. It'll be very clean cut. A clear separation, a separate subscription, a separate line, etc. It's like ordering off the secret menu at In-N-Out Burger animal style.

Media Mogul Meow

What's your favorite movie or movies?

Matthew Mancinelli

The Deer Hunter and Tim Burton's Batman. What's yours?

Media Mogul Meow

The Godfather Part 1

Matthew Mancinelli

A classic.

Media Mogul Meow

Wait a second. How does that make sense? So only 10,000 people can enjoy a new theatrically released Rated R 4K resolution movie on 4KUniverse's streaming service? That's laughable.

Matthew Mancinelli

Therein lies the value. Access is capped to 10,000 people at one time, so there's a limited supply = the inherit value of the Chief of Staff Access card will increase on the secondary market. And quickly.

Media Mogul Meow

Matthew, you just blew my mind. Holy cow.

Matthew Mancinelli

Yea.

Media Mogul Meow

Woah.

Matthew Mancinelli

Haha yup.
