4KUniverse will join tivùsat, the italian free satellite platform
Cannes, October 13, 2019 - 4KUniverse, the 24-hour 4K HDR general entertainment TV channel, will be soon available on the Italian free to air satellite platform tivùsat.
4KUniverse is a new general entertainment 4K HDR TV channel. Its wide-ranging UHD programming for Asian audience includes early morning airings of the children’s series, ‘Eddie is a Yeti’; daytime with vegan cooking series ‘Plant-Based by Nafsika’; primetime with ‘Model Turned Superstar’ entertainment series featuring Victoria’s Secret supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio; and late-night airings of new docufilms like the Patagonia extreme-skiing film, ‘The Empire of Winds’.
Tivùsat, which achieved more than 3.5 million active smartcards, will be proud to offer its viewers the new channel in the 4K- HDR standard featuring eye-popping visuals 4x the amount of pixels as HD, vibrant colors thanks to wcg (wide color gamut), great details, greater sense of depth and a feeling of total involvement in the content.
With 4KUniverse, the channels on tivùsat become 115, of which 50 in HD and 5 in UltraHD: 4K Universe will join Rai 4K, Eutelsat 4K1, Fashion Tv and NASA TV, all available from number 200 of tivusat’s remote control.
tivùsat is subscription free! Just requires a tivùsat certified device and a satellite dish pointed to Eutelsat Hotbird 13 ° East.
It is now available the new 4K CAM to access the 4K tivùsat’s offer with 5 channels! The 4K tivùsat smartcard is included in the 4K set-top box or CAM pack.
